Due to international transportation safety regulations, all lithium-ion batteries are shipped at a reduced charge state (typically 30-50%). Extended transit times may result in the battery entering a deep discharge protection mode. If the battery appears unresponsive or unable to charge upon arrival, please use a compatible charger and connect it for at least 30-60 minutes to awaken the battery management system (BMS) and restore normal charging function. This is a normal safety feature and does not indicate a defective product. If normal function is not restored after an extended charging attempt, please contact our customer service for support.
